What information BHD do we collect

When you place an order with BHD via our online platform or website, the information provided is only used for the products and services we provide to you. 

Your personal information, such as name, address and contact details, may be shared with our furniture suppliers and delivery partner to ensure we can fulfil our arrangement with you to deliver the products and services you purchase from us.

When you contact us by telephone, text chat, email or using our online forms, the personal information you provide will not be stored for more than the required time. 

We may hold such information during the order process period to guarantee the safe delivery of your order or product.

We may pass your details to suppliers who will deliver to you directly to allow us to fulfil our contractual agreement with you.
