Ordering

You can order via our online platform by selecting the product of choice, adding it to your cart, and proceeding with the ordering process. After completing your order, you will receive an order summary in your email.

It is important you read the description of your order properly, to ensure it fits for purpose and has the if possible; we will suggest measuring the home space and door entrance before placing your order to avoid any unnecessary return.

Ordering online is straightforward; that allows you to go through the order process as fast as possible and save you much time.

It makes things easy when reordering: you can make a reorder anytime based on your previous orders with only a couple of clicks to save you time and effort.

 Our platform ordering system will ask for all the essential information such as your name, contact details, where you would like your order to be delivered, payment detail, whether by credit card or debit card and any other form of payment structure you would like to choose.

Payment

We have various methods of payment and accept major credit cards and debit cards.

Yes, your delivery address can be changed within 48 hours after the order. However, after these periods have elapsed, you will not be able to change the address.

Products that do not fit the dimensions of the house will not be returned. Therefore, before purchasing the product, you should consider whether the product will be able to be transported into the apartment, fit in your room, or pass through the door.

Shipping

 Charges for delivery depend on the shipment requirements. If the products you are ordering have special needs or features, an extra fee will be added to your shipping charges. You will be able to see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Should you change your mind and decide to cancel, you can do so at any time before your order is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners.

Cancellations of items made after dispatch must be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of

delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for the collection by our selected

courier service partners, who will advise you on the proposed collection date shortly

after.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase. Products returned must be kept clean and

new and in unused conditions, with all original tags and labels.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of items returned. If you choose us to collect or ship them on your behalf, then the cost fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping time will be confirmed by our shipping partner on the order confirmation document.

Our manufacturer will start production as soon as the order is placed. We will notify you by email of your delivery date, and most time, you will have seen the period that it will take to deliver your order before you even placed it. However, delays may occur in

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your products, and sometimes our product comes with a free shipping offer that our customers can take advantage of; this will display on the shipping cart before placing your order.
