Refund & Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. For any reason, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and may want a return, refund, or an exchange. Please see below as your guide.

RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products returned must keep new and in unused conditions, with all original tags and labels.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the costs of items returned. If you choose us to collect them or ship them on your behalf, the cost fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I cancel an order if I later change my mind?

Should you change your mind and decide to cancel, you can do so at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners.

Cancellations of items made after dispatched must be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery, or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for the collection by our selected courier service, who will advise you on the proposed collection date shortly after.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received and checked for good condition.

Can I change my existing order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered; immediately.

When the products sent as disassembled are installed, they are not included in the scope of exchange and return.

Changes and refunds will not be made for the models specially produced for you (Customised)in line with your requests, such as different fabric coating, foot color, size, and corner direction change.

Products that do not fit the dimensions of the house will not be returned. Therefore, before purchasing the product, you should consider whether the product will be able to be transported into the apartment, fits in your room, or passes through the door.

My product came damaged?

It is enough to take photos or videos of the problem you have with the product and send it to us at sales@bhdluxuryhome.com with your order number. Our customer service will return to you within 24 hours or at the latest and initiate the process of replacing the product with a new or equivalent product in cases where a solution cannot be provided with parts supply. It’s that easy!

How can I get a refund?

When the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks are made. The refund process is initiated within 3 working days and may take 3-7 business days depending on the banks or building society of your choice, and in an unusual event, it may take up to 25 days for the money to reflect in your designated bank account.

My order did not arrive on the delivery date.

Our manufacturer will start production as soon as the order is placed.
